I'm a moderately successful business person and feel as I'm in touch with the local real estate market and have a sound understanding of transactions and value. When it came time to make a move I was reluctant to deal with another Real Estate agent based on my past experience. Clearly hes not as easy to look at as most of the ladies in the industry but I moved ahead anyway. Few things are more enjoyable than firing a underperforming salesperson and as i watched over him like a hawk I made him quantify his every move in our transactions. Expecting at any moment he would have overlooked something or not listened to my advice. I ended up eating a very large crow sandwich as he earned my wife and I a few percent more on both sides of the sale and purchases than we had estimated. I hope I don't have to move again anytime soon but I'll surely use Bill and recommend him to my friends and family in the future.
